Video one: The energy of emotionEverything that exists in our universe is made up of energy. Both your heart and brain emit waves that can be measured and monitored, although they are not outwardly visible. Similarly, when you experience an emotion, you actually emanate the energy of that emotion. Old traumatic memories evoke strong emotions that continue to emit frequencies that may be interfering with your health right now.
Video Two: What is EFT?
Emotional Freedom Technique is based on the premise that negative emotion disrupts the body’s energy system. Left untreated, this causes disruption, or dis-ease, within the mind and/or body. EFT involves stimulating traditional Chinese acupressure points by gently tapping on specific points on the head, torso and hands while repeating specific phrases. It is safe, easy to use, and provides excellent results for those dealing with trauma, pain, emotional blockages, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, weight issues, phobias, grief and more.
Video Three: eFT Demonstration of Tapping pointsThe basics of EFT are simple. In this brief video, Dr. Alisa Cooper demonstrates the tapping points and wording that will allow you to begin applying them to your present issues with reasonable success. True proficiency requires additional training and consistent practice. It takes time to develop the art and skill of EFT. This is a great start!
